TRACE
TRACE is a quiet, local-first personal record of what you actually did, built around the idea "Don't optimize your life. Remember it." Built with Flutter, Riverpod, and Drift on SQLite, it lets you log what you built, read, explored, and lived by writing it the way you would say it, then turns that sentence into an entry you confirm in seconds. There are no streaks, badges, or scores, no account is needed, everything is stored on the device, and optional sync to Neon Postgres keeps your record across your own devices.

Everything in TRACE falls into four categories: Build for the things you make, Read for books with pages and progress, Explore for research and curiosity counted as time well spent, and Life for everything else.
The Today screen shows the day's entries and an optional one-line note that is never a prompt. Quick Add parses what you type in natural language and asks you to confirm it. The timeline is meant to be read months later, projects add up their own time, and the reading shelf keeps your books, reading sessions, progress, and the thoughts you kept. Insights show how many days you were present, with custom-painted charts.
You can export the whole record as JSON or CSV, or delete everything with a typed confirmation. Sync is optional and stays off until you sign in, using Neon Auth and the Neon Data API with row-level security. Motion stays calm throughout, with shared page transitions, hero text morphs, and reduced-motion support, in both light and dark themes.
The app is built with Flutter, Dart, Riverpod, go_router, and flutter_animate, stores everything on the device with Drift on SQLite, and runs on Android and iOS.
